As an Architect & Designer, you are continuously looking for ways to deliver dream buildings for your clients. They hire your services because of your professional competence and believe that you will be able to translate their thoughts and dreams into reality for them in a much better and more cost efficient way.

I am sure you must have felt that the above is easier said than done. Translating a dream as a first step requires getting clients to put the dream together from their bits and pieces of imagination. This could take a while. Once the design approval process is complete, the details start with selecting materials and vendors. Putting a quality vendor team together is crucial to the project’s success. Here one is looking at the ability of a particular material and vendor to achieve its respective goal and that too in the most economical way possible. At Span Floors, this is the area where we can help the most in case you are planning to use wood floors, wood facades, wooden decks, pergolas etc.

You would appreciate that each material has its own nuances. Wood has it too. Seemingly simple, you would be amazed at the level of technology needed to craft wood into functional pieces. As an example, one of our engineered flooring collections is constructed using a unique Oak/Birch/Birch combination structure. This special flooring structure makes the wood floor extremely stable, which can tolerate a wider level of humidity fluctuation in the atmosphere. The result is a much more functional real wood floor that looks good in the long run. Similarly, our speciality exterior Vulcanised wood is capable of handling high-temperature variations, excessive humidity fluctuations, and termite and fungal decay threats known to date with comparative ease.
